8 The Boundary Breaker
"A former financier, Apinke transitioned into the beauty industry two years ago after becoming frustrated in the selection of skincare available specifically for maturing and darker skin, a category largely ignored by mainstream brands. She dedicated herself to creating clean, multitasking and sustainable skincare through her brand EKO BOTANICALS, drawing inspiration from her great grandfather, a botanist at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. Apinkes success is remarkable having received over 200 five star reviews for products, winning multiple awards and having being recognised by CEW UK, Pure Beauty Awards and John Bell and Croyden. "
